Pigs, Merms, Bunnymans, Monkeys, Wildbores, Primeapes can spawn with random hats.
There is 25% chance that Pigman, Merm, Bunnyman, Wildbore will spawn with hat, and 1% chance it will drop the hat on death.
There is 10% chance that Monkey, Primeape will spawn with hat, and 1% chance it will drop hat on death.
