1.2? There was a 1.1?

Yes.

1.0 was the first version, before the layout of the Mods screen was changed for controller support. 1.1 was the version adjusted to the new layout (1.0 still worked, except for the placement of the button). 1.2 was released because a tweak pushed in a hotfix broke how 1.1 plugged into the Mods screen.
