I haven't received any thanks from Klei, besides a screen when I chose to buy each item. (Pretty much all games on steam have a thank you page, it wasn't even directly from Klei.) Regardless, I am not complaining. I didn't even know there was a gift for getting the Beta for Don't Starve Together, and I'm not going to ask for one. Honestly, they could have tripled the price for Don't Starve when I was going to get the game, and I still would have bought it for me and my friends. I think we mentioned before that it would be skin related and we're still working on skins, so when we have more info we will post it up. Shouldn't be too long.
