I imported the gif into flash, traced a skeleton over the frames and adjusted where needed.The frame rate was a bit off, so I changed that and had Wilson act a little more ornery to fit his character. Hmmm...Well, another alternative is Photoshop, although it doesn't have a timeline similar to Flash's. It's a different work around compared to Flash, but you can still get the job done.
