Developer Cheerio Posted September 10, 2013 Developer Share Posted September 10, 2013 Hello fellow modders! To go along with the new FMOD and Spirter support that was added today, I've posted a set of Creature Mod tutorials on Steam Workshop. Abculatter2
Does anyone know the directory steam will download these to by default?
Seyph
They should be downloaded to the mod folder.
Abculatter2
They should be downloaded to the mod folder.Odd, I don't see them...C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dont_starve\mods ? Seyph
Yes. You'll need to start up the game and open the mod section, then Steam will start the download.
Abculatter2
Now they're there, didn't think I'd have to open the game to download them...Again, thank you. Hopefully this also helps someone else with the same problem, too.

Developer Cheerio Posted September 11, 2013 Author Developer Share Posted September 11, 2013 I realized it wasn't clear how to run the actual tutorial. I've updated the description which should make it easier for people to get started. Thanks for bringing this up and thanks for trying the tutorials! Tesability
Any chance these tutorials can be uploaded elsewhere as well? I still can't get into my account at the moment (Damn you, Steam Guard), so I can't download these... Also, I wonder if Spriter can be used to create new characters as well? Hm...
