Sweepers stopped working after patch 260388

Perhaps it has to do with new priority thing mess around with them

yep me too. It has to be the new subpriority system. Hopefully a quick fix

Changed Status to Fixed

The arms' permissions have been adjusted for the next hotfix, please post another bug if you still notice them missing any pickups or deliveries!
