Mass numbers displayed in tooltips can have ".10" which is greater than ".9"

Occasionally mass numbers in the tooltip you get when hovering something will say things like "1004.10" when what they really mean is "1005", and definitely not "1004.1".

Numbers in other places seem correct, for example the properties tab of the substance when clicked on will list the mass correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

I get this consistently when painting 2000kg of water into a tile in a U-shaped container in sandbox.

It equalizes to 1005kg on the bottom, and 995kg on the top. But the bottom says 1004.10 in stead of 1005.
