Job list makes you lag

I am seeing the same issue. Sometimes it takes up to 2 minutes to return, but it does always seem to return at some point. As Mantas said, typically the longer you do not visit the job screen, the longer you will wait. What is interesting, is there is no delay when you first load a game and enter the job screen.

And of course, the more duplicants you have, the longer the delay.
