Unequip snazzy suit, should solve problem

Not true. Screenshot below of Banhi. She is wearing an atmosuit and a snazzy suit but no hat.

Update: Saw it again, this time when the duplicant was carrying fertilizer to a Sleet Wheat wearing a snazzy suit and an atmosuit. As soon as the fertilizer was being delivered, the animation returned to normal.

Update x2: Again, but this time with two duplicants next to each other (Rowan and Stinky). Interestingly, neither was carrying any items and both are wearing atmosuits and snazzy suits. Generally speaking, they seem to both have the same stats, so why one is glitched -  I couldn't say.

Clarification and update

This should be fixed in the latest Ranching Mark II preview.
