Game crashed on the very first launch...

I'm having the exact same problem so will follow this thread with interest!

Have you checked whether your PC has the minimum requirements for Oxygen Not Included? - Oxygen Not Included Minimum System Requirements

Here's how find your game's output_log.txt file (last paragraph) Logs and Useful Information for Bug Report

In your Steam Library, right-click on Oxygen Not Included, and select Properties. Click the Local Files tab. Select Browse Local Files.

The most likely directory it will be is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\OxygenNotIncluded

You can attach the file to your trouble ticket by dragging it into the section below the comment box that says "Drag files here to attach, or choose files..."

You could also just do a search for " 2017-03-05_162744 "

Could you please try updating your graphics drivers and if that doesn't work, could you please upload your dxdiag?

Did you manage to find your crash report? If you could post it here people might be able to offer more help...

To check your computer specs against the minimum requirements for 'Oxygen Not Included': in Steam go to the 'Help' menu and click 'System Information' from the drop-down menu. This will display all of the specs of your computer.

The step-by-step instructions to update your graphics drivers will depend on which version of Windows you have.

I found it. There are three files in the folder. Should I attach them to this message or to the very first one in this thread? Did both for now.

So, given all the specifications I have provided in my previous message, is it possible to tell me here how I could update my  graphics drivers ?

Also, can somebody here, please, tell me if I need to buy the whole game again in case I need to change my laptop?

Unfortunately, looking at the info you posted, your laptop is going to be below the minimum requirements for the game.

From the specs you posted, it looks like your processor is only 1.5 ghz, and only have 2gb of RAM. I'm not sure which Intel HD video card is you have, but that could also be an issue as well.

If you google the particular specs for your computer, you should be able to find out which integrated HD card you have.
