Empty debris cannot be sweeped, still penalizes decor.

I can confirm this. Penalty is huge and debris cannot be swept.

Also I can confirm that it happens after deconstructing algea deoxidizer.

I think that you can get it from save file itself, but this 0kgs algea is 3 tiles down and 3 tiles right from left deoxidizer.

Also there is one more bug related to this save file regarding plumbing. No matter how I connect lavatory and showers to the system, it says that the pipe is blocked. I was trying to find the reason of this bug but didn't find it yet.

Can also confirm. It happened after deconstructing 2 Algae Terrariums and 1 Deoxidizer after I ran out of algea to replenish them with. Similar machines with algea in the inventory dropped the proper amount, but the empty ones dropped 0.0kg blocks. 

Thanks for reporting. This will be fixed in the next hotfix.

Same stuff also happend when deconstructing pumps at times, dropping empty gas bottles (which at least can be emptied now), or air desodorizers dropping 0kg of sand.

Update:

Also similar thing happens with seeds (already after last update). I couldn't trace it back to the origin. But I'm pretty sure, that it was from wildly growing plant. Debris says that there is blossom seed x0 (save file attached). Luckily it doesn't penalty decor.
