Dovahkick
You need a specific ressource from space missions in order to make a bioscan. I personally have never been able to launch a rocket (not enough steel) but other people mention that you can open these doors with a specific item, same goes for the vacillator. There's another method you can do, it's to melt the door through extreme heat induction but I do not recommend it since it's quite a risky maneuver. Sasza22
You just need to up the priority on the doors (best to up the priority on "toggle" for all dupes as well). Then they should open them pretty fast. I`m not sure if there`s a way to cancel door opening though. Seems more like if a dupe goes to do that and something stops him mid task (runs out of oxygen or break time starts) you`ll need to press the button again. I'm confused, I thought these doors required stuff form space missions to be opened. I'll try by myself then, to see what happens.
Madbro
P.S. bioscan doors can only be unlocked monodirectionally, means you cannot unlock from the other side. It may be a bug that the door placed in an “inverted manner”, however more possibly, have you adjusted piority of the door?

They just put their hand on the doors, it scans it and opens revealing the black space. They just somatimes take a long time to do it beacause of priorities. Maybe you got confused with the neural vascilisator recharge that can be found in space.
Dovahkick
I bought the game not long ago (31 October), when there was the sales with Shipwrecked for Don't Starve and ONI together, getting the pack was cheaper than getting ONI alone seemed like. I thought the doors required ressources from space to be opened because the Neural Vacillator had a similar message saying "awaiting component delivery". Then I searched and found out that the neural vacillator requires space ressources...and I must have confounded.
