Set priority for assigned outfits

Recommended Posts

I have some outfits which I have assigned to duplicants many, many cycles ago, which they have never picked up, presumable because they had other things to do. I would like them to pick up their outfits, and it doesn't seem like it would take that long to do. I would like to be able to assign a higher priority to their outfits, so they pick them up, or just give outfits a higher priority in general.

On a similar note, it would be nice if there were a better interface for assigning outfits in the first place. I can't put outfits into storage as it's impossible to assign them to duplicants from there. The only way is to manually click each outfit out of storage one at a time and assign it to each duplicant. Why not be able to do this from the duplicant screen and just say pick one of however many are available. Or make things even simpler and allow me to assign outfits in bulk. Maybe have a default outfit and duplicants who don't have an outfit will pick an available one up automatically, kind of like how beds are assigned.

For now, the best way to force duplicants to get an outfit is to put your weaving machine in a closed room, force your duplicant to move in it, and then remove the permission to exit. Without any other task to do ... :p

I build a wardrobe room with one compactor in it with all the clothes inside. Then i send dupes inside and disable the door permission until they dress up.

We definetly need a less annoying way to do that.
