tove96
So I discovered an interesting thing today. Apparently, a water tank with the dimensions 2 horizontally and 16 vertically can produce incredibly pressurized water. 3578 kg in one tile. Not even granite tiles can withstand that, as I discovered when the game suddenly peppered me with warning messages... This is a large overview of what I was trying to build. I suppose the reason for the stupidly large pressure is that there is 1 tile of 100 g co2 and 1 tile of 50 g natural gas right over the surface, and these tiny pockets of gas can't push past the pressure of the 1500 g oxygen. So now I'm gonna make airflow tiles here and there to try and fix it. When I'm done mopping up the germy water. Yay.
KittenIsAGeek
Yeah, its pressurizing because the gasses can't move anywhere. The same can happen if clean water gets on top. Third thing to note: if you fill that up, even without gas in the way, you'll get enough pressure to break the bottom tiles.
SakuraKoi
This pressure can be easily reached if you have a little 257 tile high tank filled with water... though do not ask me how you get like 500t of water just to fill one column. Sasza22
I wonder if bunker tiles would withstand that pressure.

Yes.* *I'm not 100% certain they're indestructible, but I've held 4x more water with bunker tiles than I have with granite without running into any issues.
