blash365
Currently we can launch rockets, they need alot of preparation to build and fuel the rocket, but there is really no effort (by the dupes) spend on how to reach the destination. After launch it seems to be even more hands-off, since everybody else just minds their own business, while one of their fellow dupe-friends is litereally sitting on a rocketengine shooting through space. How about adding some kind of mission control, which plans and monitors the journeys. This would start with discovery of potential destinations (allowing us for different destinations as cycles go by), being followed by calculations of ballistics/fuel requirements (allowing the game to force certain fuel requirements on different routes), then - naturally - the iconic countdown sequence and finally en-route-monitoring with potential for events that might change the outcome of the mission. Sasza22
I kinda feel like the starmap shuld be locked until you build a telescope. Then maybe the telescope could work on analyzing the potential destionations. But given how iffy it is to setup the telescope at the moment, i'd rather have it happen in a future update.
