Ilmu011 Posted August 27, 2018 Share Posted August 27, 2018 When duplicants SWEEP the clutter from the ground., I want them to put stuff into the NEAREST container in their vicinity, not the LAST container they used. I PURPOSELY put the containers there so they don't have to WALK through the whole colony and take up SEVERAL CYCLES TO SWEEP just because they bypass the nearest container and choose to walk ALL THE WAY BACK to the "latest" container in this what seems to be "queue" of used containers! Don't tell me to temporarily priotirize those containers. That's a clunky solution and you know it! Sasza22 Posted August 27, 2018 Share Posted August 27, 2018 For sweeping i use the floor trick. You dig rooms first and then start making floors from the top to the bottom. Debris fall down whenever you build a floor and eventually land at the bottom of the base where the storage containers are (of course). When cleaned up, set it to low priority, and they will reallocate stuff to the real containers. Den deconstruct the temp ones.
