Why water move so slowly?

It is a limit of the physics simulation. The alternative is to have it move much more quickly, but then you have to model inertia, impacts and probably need to allow mixing of liquids and some other things. You can get away without all these things by making things slow. Anyways, this is not a physics simulation, it just uses elements of a much simplified Physics with some impossible things added (like WWs, or zero-energy aggregate state changes).
