emoticons are supposed to express emotions

how does a farmplot express emotions

examples of good emoticons are these:

it is because they let people convey actual emotions, so upon seeing them you recognise what they must be feeling, which is the purpose of emoticons

most of the emoticons in the game are just icons of a bunch of random stuff that don't even indicate emotions

they don't make sense, what kind of human emotion is a picture of a science machine supposed to be

please explain this to me

First, as a serious reply: even tho I like the current emoticons and find them funny (and sometimes useful), I would like to see emoticons like you suggested too. Not many people use these one afaik, but the most popular ones are (as to my observations) the hammer and beefalo. Also they let people have cool in-game names.

Have you never felt the surging emotion when you suddently saw a farmplot on your screen? Really? Yer bastard ban the use of farms just because "they are suboptimal" and then you're surprised that they don't inducate any emotions in you? Shame on you.
