felix920506
I want an analog system with some sort of microcontroller so that I can have: if sensor A </=/> sensor B then output is on otherwise it's off I also want adders, dividers , multipilers and subtracters that will add/divide/multiply/subtract the input values. Vincie
Like in factorio <3 The hell, go even further and add a logarythmic/differential/integrate gate <3 This way I could make large data collection systems and put them into differential equations <3 This would come in handy while building early alarm systems for very large colonies. crypticorb
And what would you use this for? As nice as this sounds, most players will never understand or use a microcontroller in their base. The I/O points would require a 5x5 building, which is far too large for any practical purpose. Instead of asking for Klei to make something that will never happen, maybe you should ask for mod support, and make it yourself, rather than bogging down ONI with unneeded constructs. I'd prefer Klei focus on the game content, rather than delving into microcontroller and deeper logic control systems. Mlah
Hystersis is extremely common and currently requires having multiple sensors measuring the same thing. Analog sensors would solve that nicely.
