crypticorb Posted April 29, 2018 Share Posted April 29, 2018 I don't believe you can currently make the lowest tier (crude/abstract) of art any longer. Since the occupational upgrade, art has yet to be revamped. The bad art requires 0-1 in creativity to make. All artists get a +2 bonus to creativity upon gaining the ability to make art, so the crappiest art isn't possible anymore. There's currently zero incentive to train a dupe higher than +4 creativity either, so hiring a dupe with +2 and basic artist training gets the best possible. As Creativity goes higher, the time it takes the Dupe to carve the Statue or paint the Painting goes down. Just like higher Digging makes them clear blocks faster. When you have one (old save) make a template in debug and spawn it in your map.
