Filter For Conveyor Belts

Recommended Posts

The thing that bugs me on arm/loader combo is that I need to power them both and they together take a lot of space. That feels a bit unfair.

Why not integrate them into one - have a loader with a conveyor port and sweeper arm. If the material in reach is listed on the loading filter, the arm would just pick it into the loader storage and send it to the conveyor. If it is not in the filter list or the loader is full/blocked, it would be willing to move the material into/between surrounding containers. A filter would then consist of just one receptacle and appropriate numebr of loaders around it,

It would be also great if the receptacle had greater capacity. 100 kg is just way too little. Both the sweeper arm and duplicants can carry a ton but this small capacity makes them waste power/time on transferring very small amounts. I understand the low capacity is matter of game balancing but even if it was 250 or 300 kg, it would help a lot.

Yeah, I agree, they should be 1 object imo. Have the line come from the sweeper. Sweeper sucks it up and puts it on the line itself.
