Geological Activity Automation Sensor

Previous update added revamped Geysers, that they work for some time, go dormant, in periods so to speak

The devs pointed out in their Roadmap that they wanted that "You could use the environment, when those moments arrive" and thats what they mean when a geyser activates where you can get steam, rare gas or other kinds.

Because they work on such long cycles, you usually have to disable luxury power hungry machines when they go dormant. You can do this yourself, of course. But what we could use is a 'Geological Activity sensor'

Simple use, when placed near a Geyser/Volcano, two options, one that detects when it simply isn't dormant, the other where it will give a signal when it is 'Rising Pressure', remember that it is before the geyser actually erupts matter, but you can easily calculate when the geyser will erupt with a Buffer gate by counting the "eruption period: Xs every Xs", to maybe start pumping beforehand before the geyser erupts

it has a 'radius' similar to the Auto-Sweeper, this isn't too significant, just so you don't have to place it too close to real heat emitting geysers like Iron geysers so the very sensor doesn't melt.

Simple function, Plenty of use, to make it so that your colony automatically adapts accordingly to when it is on and off, so you can stop power hungry machines like Transit Tubes exits or Aquatuners to 'hibernate' until it activates again.

Since it's automation, it'll need refined metal. So, just needs tungsten and distance means nothing as tungstens melting point is far above most of the temp in ONI.

Only issue with this is dependent on how close you want the "luxury power hungry machines" from the geyser. Mine are all pretty far from my base, so this wouldn't be very practical as it would cost and arm and a leg to wire from the geyser to the aqua tuners.
