Were did they get it. Hard day working in a slimebiom. On a normal setting you can do this. They dont have any medicine or protective gear. Stinky doing all the digging not optimal but he just dont care.

Most the slime is removed and I have put down air scrubbers to remove the polluted oxygen. So that it will not be a problem later.

Just dont understand why every one is so afraid of germs. A little bit will not kill your dupes :p

You have to be a lite bit careful. But if you want to clear a slimebiom I just take one straight line in 3 tiles high. When all the slime clearad and polluted oxygen is clean. then take next section. I store all the slime under water.

Keep in mind that some players are playing on miserable/fatalistic settings. You don't have passive immunity regeneration there so even a minor contamination of Slimelung can cost you 10% immunity. This basically translates to having a fully working Balm Lily farm for Vitamin C production before you breach a slime biome. Or go exosuits first.

Food poisoning is even more devastating of having -3% immunity/cycle even with low germ count in the Dupes. Again, not a problem at all for standard settings but on miserable/fatalistic this is a problem to be considered.

Yeah I know. Yet I have done this on that setting to, but I prefer to do it with atmo suits.

If you read everything I point out that you can do this on normal setting.
