New food: Mushroom quiche

This would be a good way to offset the nerfing mushrooms got in the previous update.  It would likely be a quality 3 food, but not sure on the total kcals.  I'd need information on eggs (raw and cooked) to be able to say for sure.

I was going to make a similar suggestion in my Upgrade Review (to be posted sometime next week).  I was going to suggest moving the current Omelette to a quality of 3 or 4 and having it use mushrooms in addition to eggs and adding a Boiled Egg in it's place as a quality 1 food.

I'm sure the devs have an advanced egg based recipe planned for this ranging update.

Omelettes are another option and I agree mushrooms are the most obvious extra ingredient, but other options include Bristle Berry and Pepper.  In either case I think quality in the range of 3 to 5 would be good.

I hate quiche as one of my first summer jobs was washing dishes at a bistro and the uneaten bits of quiche turn into ROCK from the protein coagulation and are the worst possible dish to wash.  Though it dose certainly convey the notion of an expensive high tier food.  Perhaps omelette is mid level and uses egg + mushroom, and quiche is high level and needs several extra ingredients.

I was kicking around the idea of a deluxe omelette, consisting of 1 egg + 1/2 mushroom + 1/2 meat + peppernut.  A quality 5 food, of course.
