Tzunki
They have always enough energy, are cooled and almost always get full chunks of air.It jams in front of the thermo regulator and only lets through halfUnfortunately, I do not know if it is a (known) bug or I have build something wrong or can they only handle 500.0g / s? Kasuha
I don't see anything wrong in your picture, maybe make sure they don't run out of power? Certainly most of the packets in the output pipe are full 1 kg packets. The two smaller ones are strange, though, I've never seen things like that. Tzunki
I'm very sure. At the beginning, I also thought that maybe there were energy problems and I built and charged a lot of batteries. The problem remains. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/87260-my-thermo-regulator-jams/#findComment-1001039 Share on other sites
FutureJohny
I've had issues with them in the past too. My sollution at that time was to add more regullators and then use bridge to merge supercooled packets with warm ones to reach desired temp. Although mine ran at stable 1/2 flow, yours seem to be even worse. My opinion is, regullators are buggy and pipe routing sometimes fails. What I found out that might help is adding buffer pipe with bridge between them. Also adding bridges before and after seems to help. The output bridge stacked with the another is also bad idea, might confuse the pathing. Generally bridges are usefull to guide packets in desired dirrection. If nothing else helps, splitting the flow into two pipes with 4 regullators on each will solve your issue for now. It is still equally power efficient but a bit more spikey, nothing batteries can't handle. avc15
Try just making the vent sections that join your regulators longer. I have noticed problems in the past with very short vents connecting devices messing up the routing of packets. If you just loop each vent down into the tile and make each connection 3-4 squares long, I would wager things might run more smoothly.
