One of them was in the Job window with the Job assignment they got rid of the left hand pane where they had a list of everyone and what they did. Anyone else would like that back? I miss the roster, maybe they'll reincorporate it. Meanwhile, this is a thing... This change was a bit strange, but I kinda understand it. My guess is that they were focusing on making sense of the tiers (in the same update they added the food/decor icons, which helped a lot), but they also got rid of an useful feature (maybe it was confusing being able to do the same thing from two different places). The panel listed every dupe, jobless just appeared first, you could assign jobs from there.
