Shaymes
i think about a sensor maybe the batterie directly to send a TRUE value of the % of the batterie is above or below the setup ammount, that will be much easier then use preasure plate and hamsterwheels. maybe a seperate sensor that read the watt of the wire so in combination with the power shoutoff we can protect our wire from overheat Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/85056-power-gauge/ Share on other sites
Alpe12
There's a smart battery in the game code. I hope they release it in the next update. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/85056-power-gauge/#findComment-980787 Share on other sites

sadovsf
Smart battery is OK, even single one on power line is enough to tell energy on whole line (batteries have always same level, not speaking about batteries that were just build) Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/85056-power-gauge/#findComment-981729 Share on other sites
Gearloose
+1 - I definitely would like a battery level sensor. That allows kicking in extra generators when power consumption is high. (Also, the coal generators need automation inputs).
