Life Blossom goes on tanks, not healers

note:Life Blossom is the regen hat, not the "+ healing recieved/dealt" hats. Although it's a 50/50 whether you get Life Blossom or Resplendent Nox Helm.

I see less parties doing this now that Forge has been out a week, but it's still a thing. Especially if your boarrior tank is a woodie drawing half the aggro, life blossom serves much more purpose keeping your tanks from ever falling down- even said woodie taking  most of the hits will go down FAAAR less often with the life blossom on.

The healer doesn't get hit nearly regularly enough (assuming they're staying out of range when not healing) for them to really get a lot of use out of this, while keeping your tanks alive actively helps keep the party alive. Yes, it's really bad if the healer dies, but your regenerating woodie can pull the boarrior away so you can res the healer if that does occur.

Although it really is annoying if you've got only one wilson, they're the healer, and they die, because if they revive they'll have little hp and can immediately die again trying to sleep the boarrior. :T Life blossom can help there, but IMO either don't use wilson healer or take 2 wilsons if you do, which are both very great solutions.

The only time I could see it not being used on a tank would be on a Maxwell to keep him at full health. But even then he really should be using the magic dps hat. I'd only ever take it if someone else stole the magic dps role from me and I was stuck with the tome *Looks at Willow*.

I personally disagree about this, But that might be because my first boarrior kill I was our healer & I was wearing it, we ended up doing fine. I feel this way because the HP regen personally for me doesn't cut it, the Healer needs the speed & the cool-down, and the HP is just added so when Im healing the team, I can get something too.

The healer has very little use for the speed, though- they're not kiting stuff around. Especially at that point, where basically the only thing left in the run is boarrior and you aren't even running away from stuff to dodge anymore. You could argue it helps in the pig summon phase I guess, but- really, 10% speed doesn't effect much. The regen is by far the hat's major power, and 2 hp/s is actually a pretty significant amount.

Better to just use the 10% cooldown crown and let a tank enjoy the regen. You can "end up doing fine" even if no one wears any hats (and, indeed, half the time the regen hat doesn't even drop- you get super nox helm instead) but keeping your tanks alive on boarrior longer definitely helps make winning a little easier and consistent.

As for the maxwell comment, it only regens up to 80% max hp, and I'm not sure that's enough HP for Max in log armor to take one of the boarrior's AoE attacks XD If you want Max tankier, a team with only 1 or 2 melee people could let max use the 85% armor.

Huh, didn't know that then. Well, there goes the niche use for that. Now there's no reason for anyone other then a tank to use it.

heal hat should go on tank or runner. it gives movespeed, and someone like wes could probably use it well since he spends more time running and less time in the heal circle. otherwise, throw it on your higher hp tank and call it a day.

i didn't know it was a half and half drop chance with the super crown though. goodt o know.

When combined with 90% armor it practically nullifies the ground attack as long as you avoid the second half of it (possible even with speed reduction as long as you go perpendicular) which if done for 3-6 rounds should be enough time to revive enough people to outnumber the Boarrior.

The only practical use for speed on Boarrior is to have revivers get to the dead people quicker, which should be the job for the Feathered Wreath.
