Problem with activating "No More Respawn Penalty" Mod

Hi im new to this, i installed the Mod, but when i die i still get the Death Penatly.
Furthermore i cant "activate" the Mod like i used to when clicking on my language pack mod.
What do i have to do to activate the mod in order to get it working?
I cant click anything in this mod menu unlike the language pack.

This is a server mod, no client mod, like you are used to.

So you activate them in the screen where you also set the world settings (there is a mod tab).
That means you can only activate this mod, if you are the host of the world.
