Gathouria
I had a liquid pump system distilling all my water rather nicely, but then it just.. decided to stop working. I've closed the game and reopened it (not just reloaded) several times, as this fixed a couple other bugs, but no dice. The electricity is hooked up, in and out pipes, and I swear I didn't touch anything, it just stopped all on its own. screenshots included. Risu
Uhh. You're clearly missing a pipe in that last image. Didn't see that when you were editing the text in? Gathouria
Guess not... I was fiddling around in the area to get it to work though, so I'm not sure whether that was before or after it stopped working. Couldn't sworn it was all connected when I was all bothered by it. DavidGrim
It could be that your water purifier ran out of sand. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/77423-liquid-pump-well-it-was-working/#findComment-899465 Share on other sites

Nono, I think Risu spotted it straight away, he/she is missing 2 pieces of pipe I would like to ask the OP though, why so many liquid outlets beneath your bio distillers? Gathouria
I'm on the latest version. Definitely had sand. The missing pipes could have been it but I'm not sure I just didn't delete them in trying to fix it accidentally. Eitherway, after another re-delete and build up it seems to work again, so I guess it's a moot point. And so many outlets because I had a TON of distillers- we were on zero algae and none to collect. Lifegrow
But wait, bio distiller outputs 200g polluted water/s - pipe can hold 10kg per tile, Valves can output 10kg per "drip"... Did you have 50x Bio Distillers? You could save some power by routing the output directly to the filter, and sending only excess to the pool. Then pump from the pool only when there's not enough routed directly to the filter. But in general I think it's better to build some hydrogen collection area at the top of the base and switch to electrolyzers ASAP.
