Risu Posted March 2, 2017 Share Posted March 2, 2017 Not sure what kind of answer you are expecting from a old screenshot that no longer reflects what the game has. If I had to guess what was going on in that screenshot, there is a debug color assigned to each pipe segment. Should also point out that pipes are crossing without intersection. Especially in a complex base build with AC, scrubbers, hydrogen traps and so on it can get a little complex. The build blueprint turns red when I hover it over an existing pipe. pipe bridges can't be built over ladders or base tiles, so if your pipes are under those, you will not be able to bridge over them.
