Attach a decor bonus to the background tiles similar to the existing wall tiles. Start with one tile type like the wall tiles for now. Manet Posted February 27, 2017 Share Posted February 27, 2017 I was thinking the exact thing, I was thinking 3 wallpapers to start with Striped Wallpaper for a "home" feel, good for living areas. A bright clean wall for areas like medbay and research center and one rugged more industrial background for generator room and storage areas. I think you could come a long way with those types. And, perhaps, certain tiles (maybe not basic, but ones you get later with research) can prove a certain buff (productivity/stress/speed, etc.), depending on which type you use and in which room?
