I am looking to farm him more consistently but I have yet to find any information as to when he respawns after being defeated the first time. Also is it true the minotaur does not respawn after being defeated? verm1ll1on Posted January 28, 2017 Share Posted January 28, 2017 I think Toadstool works in the same way as the Dragonfly: 20 days to respawn. The Ancient Guard I am not sure. Just checked the wiki, but it doesn't mention any respawn time. In the comments, though, a guy asked if it repawns in DST. The answer was no. It respawns in one of the 3 mushroom holes after 20 days when you kill it. If you're not sure how much time has passed, you can either put a canary in a birdcage in the caves or place an ocuvigil next to each mushroom hole. If the canary gets poisoned or you see a mushroom icon on the map thanks to the ocuvigils, Toadstool has respawned. 53 minutes ago, Chaosky said: Also is it true the minotaur does not respawn after being defeated? Michi01 Posted January 28, 2017 Share Posted January 28, 2017 @Chaosky Also if you are trying to get as many shroom skins as possible and not just blueprints you can damage him enough to make him drop one, then let him despawn because he'll come back at full health, and repeat that over and over.
