Thoughts on the unimplemented characters?

Recommended Posts

What are your thoughts on the unimplemented characters, and potential they might have to be characters?

Personally, Wallace stands out the most to me as somebody who might be a potentially interesting character. Wilton also seems interesting, but he could probably use something to make his appearance distinct from all the inanimate skeletons in the game.

I remember a long time ago the lead dev Kevin had a podcast where he was being interviewed. He brought up characters like Wartox and Winnie. Interesting thing about Winnie is, she looks a lot like Wigfreid and had been planned to be a vegetarian. I think Wilton has sounds and text written for him but it's all just him screaming "aaaaaah". New characters are cool but I like the selection we have now. They all have some kind of glaring flaw in their personality and most of them are related to the story of Wilson and Maxwell. Dang, now I want more characters.

Looks wise I find Wallace most interesting, he kind of reminds me of Woodlegs a little bit. (Sort of in an evil twin kind of way, or a 'someone repeatedly hit Woodlegs with a copy of Dracula until Wallace emerged' type of deal. . . I realise the latter sounds extremely specific but it's legit' the first thing that comes to mind every time I see him.) ,:3c

Story wise I'm super curious to how someone like Wartox would fit into everything.

Honestly though all of the unimplemented seem interesting but those are definitely the two that leave the biggest impression on me.

Hopefully if Wilton gets implemented he has more dialogue than that, because they've already done the whole "character who doesn't really talk" thing twice.
