LtShinySides
In honor of the upcoming spooky season, I wanted to bring back some memories. The Klei Halloween mod challenge: And of course, the update that introduced Klei's very own Screecher mod: These videos are already three years old! Time flies. It's so nice to rewatch these old videos. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/70337-a-trip-down-memory-lane/ Share on other sites
Developer ImDaMisterL Posted September 22, 2016 Developer Share Posted September 22, 2016 I wish they'd do something like this mod challenge again. Maybe not exactly for halloween, but just another holiday? I dunno, but it was awesome! TheKingDedede
With a game like DST out, maybe Klei could do stuff that brings the community together (Ha!) like hold small events in custom setting worlds and see who can survive the longest and do more mod showcasing videos. Of course, I would also love to see more videos like this. These things were always a... "treat" to watch. There are dozens of Don't Starve update videos just like the Maxwell one on the Klei youtube page. TheKingDedede
I know. My favorite one would have to be the one that opens up with Wilson exploring the caves with a torch, he gets surrounded by enemies, and he drops his torch off a ledge. A great way to make the audience feel helpless as well.
