PillsStealer
I'm hosting a server and I want my friends to join but 6 isn't enough. Is there a way to change it? (Non dedicated server)
Wexton
You need to go to Don't starve together's local files/data/scripts and edit tuning.lua.There change MAX_SERVER_SIZE = 6 to the max you want. You'll need to do this everytime there is a update.
Arlesienne
As @Wexton says, with a little bit from me: don't go above 64. The game is kind of not optimised for so many people. You will also want to finetune the value in accordance to your RAM. With 16-32 MB, I can host 16 players just fine (large overworld, large caves, with some lore-friendly mods).
