I need advice where to start a thread in which it will be alright to plan a world. I am split between General Discussion and... Server Bulletin due to this description: Discuss plans for current or future worlds. The thing is... I have always seen purely "Player, middle-aged, single, looks for player, call..." threads there. Can somebody help me choose where to start it please? I really need advice on this, people from the forums would be great, but cluttering a wrong area does not sound appealing to me.
