Daggaroth Posted April 13, 2016 Share Posted April 13, 2016 I'm trying out Adventure Mode with some of the Shipwrecked cast to see how they handle it, but I'm coming across a lot more adversity than I ever did playing Adventure Mode as Wilson. That was back when I first unlocked Maxwell in Vanilla Don't Starve. I'm on Chapter 5: Darkness at the moment. I also had King of Winter as my first chapter; it gets a lot easier once you get a Tam o' Shanter, but I'll agree it's a rough start. The problem is, I'm really not sure how to proceed. How does one defeat over 100 robots? If I try to run through them I get stunlocked by Bishop projectiles, and if I try and pick them off one at a time, I also get whittled down by long range shots from the darkness. I have to keep retreating to manage my stats and make new armour etc, but resources are very low. I truly do enjoy a challenge, but wasn't really feeling up to this one, so I decided to have a bit a fun and spawn in some giants to help me out... surely they will be able to clear a path...
