Help with a little mod for my dedicated server

I want to create an Arena PVP dedicated server where people gear up for a few days, and then get teleported to an arena to fight. I already added an arena set piece, all I have to do is find a way to teleport all players into the arena on a certain day, kick players in the cave, and close connections to the server. I know all this can be done with console commands, but I won't always be around to enter the commands. So what I need is just a little mod that will teleport everyone into the arena (I have a maxwell light in the arena, so I could just teleport everyone to that), Kick all players in the cave, and close incoming connections on day 10. well for teleporting players, you can check for Entities in the world that are players, and then each for each 1 you find, setposition or teleport into the arena.
