I've got 2, and I know another person who has 7. They're not as rare as you think they are, trust me.

The Tuxedo is the only one worth more than 1:1.

2 distinguished for a cocktail dress is ridiculous. You can 1:1 for most distinguished and you could probably trade 2 distinguished for an elegant (depending on the distinguished and elegant). IMO I doubt you'll get 2 distinguished for the cocktail dress, unless someone is desperate.
