Developer ImDaMisterL Posted January 9, 2016 Developer Share Posted January 9, 2016 When you craft a backpack you can choose a skin I believe.Indeed, backpack skins can only be used by going in to the survival tier in the crafting tab, selecting the backpack and, under the description, will be some arrows and the image of the skin you want to apply to your backpack!
