[bug] Unchoppable Palm Trees

I planted a double row of palm trees and left them for a long time through autumn and winter (with the wind). I decided to chop some down. There were a couple that I could only inspect, not chop down. Clicking on them only examined them, and holding space next to them made my character run to chop other nearby palm trees.

I've had the same bug, these trees were supposed to be uprooted by the wind but the sprite of the tree is still here, static.

Had the same thing happen to some sea shells that spawned. I could only examine them, not pick them up.

I had a viney bush that acted like this too, I was in the middle of chopping it when my machete broke, and when I made a new one and got right back to hacking, it wouldn't! I could inspect but not hack the bush.

An update: I am able to dig up these "ghost trees", and then I get 1 log from the stump and the sprite of the tree disappears

Yeah the sprite bugs out and doesn't show the stump. Usually happens when setting a tree on fire while there's wind.
