StaypuftMMM Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 What is everyone doing for armor?I prefer to have a backpack, especially in this case where I am sailing from island to island for resources. Unfortunately, the only headwear is a log helmet. Pigs, however, seem to be in short supply. Is anyone else having this problem? Not trying to be a smartass or anything, but my tactic has been to "avoid anything that moves". It's been working well so far. But my rate of discovering new stuff is very low. Devon Aster Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 The only armor I've used so far was the thulecite one I lucked into from buried treasure. Otherwise, I ran around with a backpack. An armored boat is worth the resources, though, as it can absorb the damage from at least one Charlie hit if you get caught out at sea in the dark. AdamNZ Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 I found a obsidian spear along with obsidian armour. im not too sure how to craft it though maybe it has something to do with the volcano as I have found pieces of obsidian from the slot machine.
