Can anybody help me with this?

This screen appears every time i start the game, not allowing me to play. Is there any way to fix this, if so how?

Right click DST in library > Properties > Local files > Verify integrity of game cache.

@TheBigBen, yup, first try what Woodlegs is suggesting. If that doesn't work, can you please post your log.txt file, which is located at Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether\log.txt.

Thanks, I tried @Woodlegs idea, and it did nothing, so here is the log.txt file.

@TheBigBen, it looks like your local player profile is somehow corrupt. You can try deleting it by deleting Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether\save\profile

 

You'll need to setup your settings again, but you shouldn't lose as of your save games.
