Huge ship like a gallon or a pirate ship were you can make your PIG followers hop in and battle epic boss like the huge whale. Tides that happen regardless of the time of the day (i.e. high tide can be during the middle of the day, like in real life, and not only when the moon is out), and which can cause maelstroms in narrow channels 4. a lot more sea creatures 5. rogue waves6. doldrums, where you sail is useless because there is no wind and you have to paddle6.5 wind directions that change in direction and intensity causing the player to sail tactfully7. currents, forcing the player to chose to go against or with it (enter travel speed effects)8. tsunami's (may already exist in the game during volcano season)9. sextant (like the compass but uses the stars to orient)10. astronomical reflections in the water (i.e. the sunset, the moonlight, maybe the stars if the water is super still.
