Issue Title: Lack of Boons/Set Pieces

Issue Description: I've noticed a complete lack of most of both of these recently, having restarted a few servers and explored the entire map and found nothing I got a bit suspicious. I can find most of the RoG/DST exclusive world features (Boss areas, mini chess biomes, homeless merms etc.) but bar that absolutely nothing is spawning. I decided to run multiple worlds with the map revealer mod solely for the purpose of exploring with speed upped to 20 or so and had no luck in 10 or so worlds. Dead Adventurers are also a worldgen option in the menu, and even with these set to most I found zero in 2 worlds, so something is definitely up. I've both validated my files through steam and done a full reinstall and neither have changed anything.

Steps to Reproduce: Generate a world.

  • Developer
"No objects found matching x" every time.

That command will teleport you to the nearest "insert the object you inserted the code for here" in your world.

 

This only proves no setpiece includinhg a treasure chest and/or a skeleton didn't spawn. 

 

And that's strange... did you change anything at the world settings?

The only edited settings on the original worlds were biome size and world loop/branch. I've been doing all of my testing on completely vanilla default worlds, no mods or edited worldgen. Using gonext I've managed to locate a few skeletons, around 1-2 per world, however they are always without fail in chess biomes and limited to one of three - dead adventurer next to a backpack/honey poultice, next to a spear and 2 gears, or next to a pickaxe and 2 marble. I did exactly the same thing in the singleplayer game and I get the normal range, around 5-6 per world over a number of biomes with various items. As far as I'm aware I can't use gonext to check for more general set pieces like mushroom rings or reed/killer bee traps so I can't be as confident that they aren't spawning at all but it's certainly been a long time since I can remember seeing one.

Apologies for double posting but after poking round in the lua files I can't find anything to differentiate the singleplayer/multiplayer files sadly. I've also asked a few friends to try world generation and they're all running into the exact same problems as I am, 0-2 skeletons per world always located on a chess biome. It seems this isn't just isolated to me, can anyone reply whose world gen is completely normal right now?
