Players cant connect to server [After recent update]

can you show your log.txt?

 

it's server dedicated or host server?

unfortunaly it's look doesn't works with settings.ini:

 

[Warning] SteamGameServer_Init Failed

I guess you do not have access to the command line of your server?
 

can you see with your host to edit command line of your server and added this:

 

-steam_authentication_port 12345 -steam_master_server_port 12346

 

example for your server it's look like this:

I do the same thing on Host's website and via FileZilla.

 

 

 

Sorry I don't now what u mean with "command line".

i think you have not access of this part, this is usually locked by the host

 

you probably need to see with your Nitrado for add the steam port in command line:

 

-steam_authentication_port 12345 -steam_master_server_port 12346
