I finished playing my first run on my laptop but now I'm waiting for it to play it on my iPad because I find that much more convenient. I'm hoping that the mobile edition of Don't Starve works out really well for you guys and that that will inspire you to also bring this great game to the iPad! I think a smart touch interface could be developed. In cases where you might want a prompt to confirm an action a double-tap might be more streamlined and less prone to accidental actions from accidental touches. Lacking that, as long as prompts are displayed next to the action and not center-screen or something more arbitrary I think it could still play pretty smoothly.
