I put a support request in over a week ago from Klei. How to get a response?

I put a support request in from Klei and they don't respond. What do I need to do to get them to respond?  Do I need to call them?  Why don't they respond?

Hey there, we apologize for that. We had originally replied to your ticket on June 18th, 2015. Alas there was an issue with our ticket system with certain IP's. It has since been fixed and you should receive emails from us now.

That being said, we have re-sent the reply to the email address you provided and cc'd the email you used to sign up to our community forums.
