CRTruth Posted February 25, 2015 Share Posted February 25, 2015 Bug Submission: Category: General Issue Title: Game Won't Start Issue Description: I hit to play game, but it just says preparing to start toggles that im playing then just goes back to steam and says im not doing anything. No game screen or anything shows up. Steps to Reproduce: I was just simply trying to start the game. In order to better help, we'll need more information about your system, your configuration, and the issue. Could you provide us with your DxDiag.txt (if on PC) or a detailed list of your system specs + graphics card specs (Mac OS X or Linux)? Also, could you post the contents of your log.txt? Corrosive Posted February 25, 2015 Share Posted February 25, 2015 @JanH, Since I'm in IT, I tried to assist an acquaintance of mine who was having this same issue a bit earlier. Exact same log as CRTruth. He's running Windows 8 on a laptop. Unsure of GPU. I'll try to get him to post a DxDiag here when he gets back on. Edit: I should mention that he tried a full uninstall/reinstall of DST.
